- Warm water foot and arm bath is useful in Asthma, Bronchitis, Insomnia, Menstrual disorders. Person dips legs up to knees in a bucket full of warm water. Body is covered with bed sheet or blanket. This has therapeutic application in acute asthmatic attack. Alternate warm & cold foot bath is used in certain conditions
DURATION –

METHOD
- Drink a glass of water. Keep a cold wet towel on head. Tie a cold wet cloth around the chest, crossing over the shoulders (‘8’ pack) and tie air tight by a woollen flannel above it. Keep both legs in warm water up to calf muscles for 15-20 minutes followed by a cold shower.

- Relieves cold, cough, bronchitis, asthma, headache, sinusitis, knee joint pain and sciatica pain. Improves skin function through perspiration
